Changed install directory but..

..games still installed to C:\Program Files

from Stardock Forums

I changed the settings so that all my games would be installed on another hdd than c:\program files - But all the games were installed to c:\program files even though it was supposed to install to e:\games.

Is it safe to just move those games? The games that have been installed are:
Braid
Demigod
Sins of a solar empire (+exp)

Any clue on why they weren't installed correctly or is it a bug?

The preference dialog has install options for My Games,and my Software.  Did you change the instll directory for one or the other or both??

So sorry. I didn't realise those were that kind of options. I just saw e:\games and figured "duuh ok" like every other village idiot.

Unless you used the "Download and archive" option it's easier to uninstall/reinstall.  There are enough reg keys to make it a pain in the ass I think.

I just ran into this. You have to make sure and click the "Prompt for install directory" button in the preferences.
