Since Kryo said that the pre-rder queue ended and i still dont have my key i wanted to ask, should i send a email to stardock support or to stardock sales.
I saw the charge for the game sunday afternoon so they had plenty of time to take the money, so the problem should be somewhere else, so wich one should i contact.
If you just preordered yesterday and the hold was still on, you may have been declined if you were right at your limit or only had enough money on the card for the game as some others did. However in that case you should have gotten an email to that effect. So contacting sales@stardock.com in either case is a good idea.
No i had enough money, i checked several times, even today, also no email was issued denying my credit card.
I just contacted sales@stardock.com i hope they reply back quickly.
