I read in the other post stating that the preorders were all cleared, however i have not got my key yet is there a problem with the system ?
My wife has got an email and a key (I bought her a copy) but I have not got mine 
Still waiting for mine to show up.

same here, but im in class so even if i did have it id be forced to stare at it knowing i cant do anything till i get home later. 
Hang in there. If you haven't received it by this evening, drop a note to sales@stardock.com with the email address you used to purchase it and we'll take care of you.

lol i can see it now. the SD offices all cluttered with files and papers flying all over with people racing to others trying to get emails out quickly.
I pre ordered yesterday via PayPal and I still haven't received my CD key either. I posted a support ticket also but no response yet. Normally at other portals these preorders are processed instantly, I don't understand why this is taking so long? Even though I bought the game yesterday I still can't play it.
Since paypal cannot preorder, it would have been a normal order after we opened it up. So there should have been an email sent to your paypal email or the one you listed (if different). If there's nothing caught in your spam filters, please contact sales@stardock.com.
Has anybody received their key yet? Still waiting for a response from the sales team
