[STARDOCK HELP] Pre-Order "Event"...

Sometimes this Tech Age we live in sucks. Luckily, my bank is fairly vigilant and caught things pretty quickly; the timing couldn`t be worse from a gamer point of view though.

Of course I have pre-ordered Demigod. A problem has arisen with somebody in the US committing fraud with my credit card in the last day or two. Small amounts, but nonetheless I have a new card on the way. In the meantime anything further on my old card is impossible - the card has been frozen.

I have a few purchases/pre-orders to adjust/look into, including of course Demigod and Stardock. Can we work something out for the beta-test pre-order release until I get my new card and can adjust my account information with you guys? I cant recall if we get charged at release or if a charge has already gone through for Demigod. I`m good for it if one is still pending... I just have to wait until said new card gets here in a week or less (the mail service up here in Canada is pretty good).

I am fairly pissed at this, but what can you do. The bank is investigating further; to what end I`m not sure. Hopefully they can nail the guy/gal/persons... I doubt I`m the only victim.

If you had the beta, then you've already paid and are all set. Otherwise, you'll want to contact sales to cancel the old order (though it will probably just fail anyway when it is processed tomorrow), and place a new one.

Thanks for updating my memory. My grey matter drive doesn`t seem to hold data like that very well these days (dzzzzt... dddzt...). I need an upgrade (!)...

That being the case please ignore my other notations in other channels and I`ll continue to anticipate tomorrow (or whenever abouts this glorious game comes out).

I hope someone from Stardock reads this.

I pre-ordered Demigod for about 2 weeks ago, and I've been waiting impatiently for this game since.

Fast forward to yesterday; my credit card gets frozen. Now I'm not sure what to do. I know the money has not been taken from me yet, but have they been processed somehow so they're ready to get sent on release? Should I contact sales? With what information? Will I still get the desktop theme from my pre-order if I change my payment to a new card?
