Icons Messed Up

I recently uninstalled Stardock but didn't realize for about a week that several of my icons were changed to resemble a default, bland looking icon.  I have searched and searched to fix this problem, but to no avail.  I've tried deleting the icon cache file and restarting my computer, scanned for malware, etc.  Then I tried to associate my file types to correct the icon, only to get an error that it cannot find a Stardock file!!!  What can I do?  I'm running XP w/ service pack 3.

Have you tried reinstalling Inconpackager and using it to revert back to the default OS icons. then uninstalling IP ?

I haven't had time to post in a while...my apologies.  I don't have the Iconpackager program anymore.  I have nothing on my computer anymore related to Stardock.  I'm just stuck with gimpy looking icons. >:(
