I live in the Middle East will this game be playable online for me?

or will it be a living hell like Dawn of War2? I have played lots of online games ( WoW US-WoW EU/LOTRO/AoC/WC3..etc) and they all were fine with some minor lag every now and then but nothing that would prevent me from playing ( I raided on WoW fine).

I have a powerful rig and a broadband connection.

Don't see why not, as long as you have a good connection. Played with people from Israel before.

you should be fine. as long as the ping is not higher than 350ms Demigod works perfectly in Multiplayer. Maybe you have problems with guys from south america but all other regions should be below those 350ms I think.
