United Planets & Treasury Comparing

I have some strange UP Meeting outcomes on some stuff. I play a immense Random Galaxy with an ~ 1 Month old Ultimate Edition Impulse DL. So far the game went ~ 100 in-game years.

The Bugs:
- Every now & then trade routes are going to permanent upped. Regardless of choice it never changes. They always stay on 8 routes.

Some permanent rules are re-presented. Right now I had:
- permanent starbase tax on foreing territory 2x or 3x
- War rule "everybody have to wait a week after declaring war" also 2 times.

For a long time my treasury was at place 1. Then in one turn (without buying something) it went to last place with 0 might rating. On comparing I saw that some other civs also had 0 might rating in there. I have more than 300.000.000 BC. Can check for exact number after work if needed.

I think you are hitting hard programmed caps. The game really isn't designed to last 100 years, so there's only so many issues that can come up.

The treasury issue sounds like you found where the rank system rolls over. You've exceeded the max value allowed somewhere in the programming, and oddness resulted.

That could be the explanation for some of the reapearing stuff to vote on & the Treasury (which btw. jumped back to first place yesterday oO). But the first trade route voting startet quite early in the game. Also even while it may not be thought upon to be played a 100+ years these are still bugs. ;)

Some stuff I forgot:
constant reapearing of upping transport gunnery if "none" got choosen. The same with upping constructor minimum speed (also always "no change"). But I´m not 100% sure about this. Could be that different civil shiptypes came up and I mistook them for transports/constructors/whatever again.
