Ships to the Library

I have been trying for several days now to post a collection of ships to the library. But every time I get a error message. What is going on? Is the Libary broken? Any news would help.

Library uploads are not working at the moment. It's on the webdev crew's todo list though after some other stuff gets dealt with.
