What time is the digital download pre-order gonna be available?

on the 14th can we start downloading at midnight? Or do we have to wait till it charges our cards or is there a set time for when it becomes available? Thanks :)

Generally, it appears in the afternoon of SD time. GMT -5 or so.

Is australia getting it on the 14/15TH as well or do we have to wait for 7TH of May. I am getting the digital/retail box version.

 

Edit I just canceled my preorder as there is no way that i am going to pay Total: $102.76  AUD for a game that i have no idea of the game play.
