I happened to stumble upon this Sins trailer from 2006:

I forgot all about that. It really was a good trailer!
oh man, that was awesome, its interesting to see how the ship/structure designs changed from testing to the final release
that trailer alone probably would have made me buy the game if i had seen it before
Compared to the new Entrenchment trailer, it's impressive to see how far the game has come.
Why I've not seen that trailer before, i can't understand, but seein how Sins is now compared to how it was in that trailer, i must say is a huge improvement. Also, those old ship and structure models.. 
The old Kol was the last ship to go. The beta testers never got the old Vasari and old Advent. Most of the beta test was TEC only. Vasari only came in in the last beta phase. Advent at release.
