where is folder

Where is the folder the Icons go in. I downloaded some but they didn't go into the right folder. I know where they are but need to know where the folder is they should be in. I have Vista32bit.

If you download an icon package file, double clicking on it should install it to IconPackager and place the icons in the correct location.
