ObjectDock deleting icons

Good afternoon, I have recently turned my computer on to find that all of my shortcuts on OD have been deleted and the dock has moved from the top of the screen to the bottom. Shrugging it off I put all the shortcuts back on and took it as an opporutnity to upgrade the look. However, this morning I turned my laptop on to find the same problem. No one else uses my laptop so I know it isn't someone playing a practical joke. Any suggestions on why this is happening? I appreciate your help in advance!

It could be one of your Docklets isn't loading correctly.  Have you tried unloading and reinstalling through Impulse?

Go to Start > Run... (Start > Start Menu Search in Vista) and then copy this into the command line:

for XP:     %userprofile%\local settings\application data\stardock

for Vista:  %userprofile%\AppData\local\stardock\

It will open a file folder. Delete any ObjectDock or ObjectDock Plus folders. Be sure to save your theme before doing all of this.

Then ,when you reinstall, you should setup a few basic, built in Docklets and reboot to see if it resets the dock before you reload any saved settings.
