Custom icon for new programs?

Is there a way to assign a default custom icon for new programs?

For example, when a new program is installed and you use it, OD displays its default icon. I'd like to have a custom icon for all program I haven't assigned their own, just a blank square or something. This is for keeping the dock with icons of the same style.

Just right-click on the icon and select 'Dock Entry Properties...' > Change Image and select the image you want.
