Every time I open it and click on any thing in it it freezes and I can't us it. I have to colse it with the task manager. Can you help? Babs
Which version do you have? The latest version has been working fine. However,the previous one gave me fits!
I have found this to be the only fix,unfortunately. Follow my instructions and it will get CFX working again. LINK
You may need to repeat as needed. I would also fire off an e-mail to support. Good Luck to you.
That didn't work so I just go to my external hard drive and choose one I have there. Babs
