Suggestions for a V1.16

I would suggest,

1. Removing that map problem.

2. Making V1.05 mods work with it. It could have 2 mod areas. One for V1.1+ and another for V1.05.

3. Have the forge tools merged with the game. In the options menue there could be the GF and PF tools.

4. Add the Solar Sins Planets to the game.

Remember these are only a few of the suggestions that i have.

Anny other suggestions just post them here and i guess wait until Stardock replies.

Why would you want to wait for Stardock to reply?

Anyway, it really helps if you don't just say 'that map problem' and actually explain what the problem is; as far as I know the only 'problem' is that new maps have to be added to the manifest file which is actually an aspect of a new feature that allows (hopefully) for mod-merges to be handled user-end, rather than modder-end.

Above and beyond that, I don't expect to see any of your requests happening.

I don't understand why you would want to go back to V1.05!

Fine so you like 7DS...tough it up and w8 for it to go V1.15 :) but come on...its like asking to give away pcs and iPods and go back to living in caves with rocks and clubs! LOL

2) Isn't going to happen because it's physically impossible.

3) Isn't going to happen because it's absolutely not necessary.

4) Isn't going to happen for a great many reasons, including legal.

While it might be true (read: almost certainly), you do realize people are going to argue that point?

Well, they might attempt to cite evidence like other games (Space Empires comes to mind) including version info at the top of data files, and 'remembering' how to read old version info from patch to patch...

Probably - and they will just be ignored for failing to understand how the mods work. Mods have to be compatable with the game engine. Then engine has been changed, so the mods needs updating...
