Is the static sounding/popping sound issue ever going to be fixed?

It's still there, where after playing for awhile the sound starts popping and has strange glitching sounds to it. It is very irritating and has been a problem at least since I first started playing beta 2A. Each time they release a new beta, I keep hoping that it gets fixed, but the problem still persists. I am starting to get worried...

Try turning your speakers/headphones down to 50% volume instead of 100%, increase the windows volume to compensate

That wouldn't account for the sound skipping...

My system runs the game just fine (Quad core, geforce 260 gtx, 4 gigs ram, vista64, X-Fi Extreme Music sound card...)

It is very obviously a problem with the game being in beta, but I'm wondering if it will be fixed. I do realize the game has a LOT of bugs left to iron out, so I'm still hopeful that it will be fixed in time for launch date, but the day of release is getting closer.

I think I have those, but will give them another try anyway. By the way, I managed to record a video with the sound skipping/static included in it. I'd post it on youtube and then post the link here so you guys could see/hear it, but since this is a beta I'm not sure that's allowed. If it is, it is the best way to show the devs or anybody else the exact problem as it can clearly be heard in the movie clip.
