Help?

OK, I was just using chat in the lobby when ICO serever poped up and said somthing than said something about being permanatly banned. So I just logged of to see if it was some sort of glitch(because I did nothing) and then when I logged back on it quickly logged me off. Then I tried again but it said INVALID PASSWORD. What is going on??????
