Issues running game

I beta tested entrenchment, and when i tried to install the game it said I needed to reinstall. Well, I did, through impulse, and its giving me the same message. I uninstalled through impulse, both vanilla and the entrenchment beta, redownloaded, reinstalled, and its telling me I need to do it all over again. Help, please, I'm a huge fan, and it's really hacking me off that I'm having trouble because I beta tested, though I guess it really shouldnt be much of a surprise.

Try uninstalling, check the sins install folder to make sure everything has been deleted. If not then delete it all. Then reinstall.

If that doesn't work try support@stardock.com

Thought of that after I posted, and sure enough, there were still some folders left in the stardock file.  Deleted them, downloaded both again and works fine now. Thanks for the prompt response, though. Posted at 12:30am, had work in 4 1/2 hours ;P , so havent had a chance to reply till now.
