Shopping Cart w/Impulse

So, I plan on buying Entrenchment for Sins after I finish up my current game I have in progress. I put the game in my cart and what do I get? The price is in Euros. Yeah, I know, the price is listed in dollars, so I know what it costs in dollars, and I am in Europe, but... an American living in Europe working for Uncle Sam. Is there a way to get the silly shopping cart to show dollars instead of automatically assuming all I have are Euros?

Going on a tangent, I get a little annoyed that websites assume my nationality, culture, etc. based on where they track my IP address. Makes me want to smack the people who thought of that one.
