Multiple Prerequs for Techs?

Just wondering if there is a possibility of changing the tech tree editor so that a tech can have more than 1 prerequisite.

The game itself does not support that (the tech tree tree-ifying code at least, in particular), so it is not possible. Granted, you can do it manually by hand editing the XML files, but you'll get weird results.
