Worm Holes...

hey guys, nooblet here.. I've started a large campaign against AI's. Things were going well until an ally asked for support but the support needed was in another star system. I tried to move my fleet thru a worm hole but they will not go thru it. I looked at research but cannot find if there is a research that allows me to travel thru worm holes.. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

 Yes, it should be in the non-hostile part of the tech tree. The name of the tech tree is dependent on race, of course. It should be pretty early in the tech tree.

You don't need to go through a worm hole. If the distant star system is visible, just send your ships there like you would do with any other planet. If you haven't explored it yet, go to your star and from there you can jump to distant stars.

 

Of course, you need to have researched distant phase jumps or something like that.
