None of my Suites will work off of windowsblinds website.. And i dunno what to do

Yes windows blinds is installed.

For that to run you need Theme Manager
i am using theme manager. When i click apply skin nothing happens, You know how when u usually Try to apply a skin a little please wait window pops up then it applys...It doesnt even do that..It just does nothing.
First, do you also have Windowblinds installed?
Second, in theme manager, go to Settings and set it to use advanced options.
