The truth is...

I really appreciate this ObjectBar2 application - it is really powerful and so very useful.

I haven't found anything to match it's clever abilities.

It seems to me, it's a work of genius...

... can't do without it...

ObjectBar is a nice program, I use it myself.  Have you given Right Click and Object Dock a try?  These three programs go along way in helping you organized your desktop and keep it clean.  I just recently started to also use Fences, it is another fine little program.

Yeah, I use the others somewhat, but ObjectBar is my main application which also shows my virtual desktops. I have others bars hidden on the left side of the screen and so when I move the cursor to the left, they open up with more useful links.

I have the bar on top and skinned with K-TEK by Tiggz. Underneath that, the KDOCK provides useful access to commonly used applications. For me, everything is K-TEK...!

StarBudd....why not make a screenshot and add it to this Post...it'll be really cool to see your setup! Glad you're enjoying the apps so much. That's always gratifying to hear. If you haven't experience with screenshots there's a good tutorial HERE.

I can easily make the screenshot - but - there is somethng missing in the tutorial. It is not specified "where" the "Submit a file" link appears. Is it on the wiki page, forum page, wincustomize home page...? It's not clear. Ofcourse, there is one on the wiki page and if that's the one to use, I have to create an account - OK, no problem - but - how to associate this uploaded file to this thread here...? That's not clear at all... unless there is something I missed... anyways, it would be useful to see an update for the tutorial and include links, snapshots, more outlined steps...

maybe it's just me, but it seems that there are some steps/explanations missing. This is what the tutorial states:

Uploading

There's your screen shot my friend! Now to Upload it to WinCustomize:

  1. On the left side of the web page there is a "submit a file" link. Click it.
  2. At this point you can follow the directions provided, but I'll walk you through them: Choose Screenshots from the dropdown menu. Click Next.
  3. Fill in the appropriate information. If you have your screenshot saved in - for example - your "my pictures" folder you can just browse to that folder and attach it.
  4. Be sure to give credit to anyone whose items you are using.

Yes, it says Wincustomize - but - there is no link on the left side of the home page - is it another page? Maybe they changed the page layout after this was written...

Anyways, it's not clear to me HOW to upload the picture.

Any help would be appreciated...

Are you wanting to upload a screenshot to the gallery? or just to this topic? if so, just get it hosted here:thumbsup:

Then copy the URL of the uploaded image, and using the [IMG] tags, post it here. :)

Do you have an account at imageshack or at photobucket? If so, upload the image there, and then click on the tree image in the toolbar and paste the url in the top row... and poof it appears in the Quick reply dialog....is that what you're asking?

If you want to submit to a gallery (like screenshots) then in the right upper corner on the home page just under your avatar and nickname (where you logon) there's a  "Submit to a Gallery Button" .... then choose screen shots....

I already posted the imageshack link and instructions, and you don't need an account there for them to host a file.

OK, I have an account with Photobucket.

Ofcourse, I didn't open everything to hide the gorgeous wallpaper made by Tiggz.

or

I would really like to have the email checker inside the KDOCK and a Rightclick skin for (K-TEK).

Don't know if that's a difficult thing to do...
