Having problems updating

I'm trying to update to the latest version and just dled Impulse and the update has been stuck at "Verifying Download" for about 2 hours now... is this typical?

I cancelled and restarted it once when it was at the "Verifying Download" stage for 30 minutes earlier.

It's a common issue Try turning off your anti-virus, and restarting Impulse with admin privileges (right click on the Impulse launch icon for the option).

It should go through after that! It should not take long at all to verify, not more than a few minutes at the most.

Thanks, restarting with Admin did it!
