okay...i downloaded the skin...how do i apply it to my computer?

i feel really sstupid having to ask this...

You need to tell us which skin you downloaded, and which section you got it from...... i.e. WindowBlinds, DesktopX etc.....

You'll need the windowblinds program to use it. You can get it here: https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/

There is a free trial version, and one you can purchase. (Nice choice of windowblinds too!)

If you have WindowBlinds installed,just download it and it will self install.If it doesn't, just double click the file. Then open WB configuration,select the blind you want and hit "apply".It's easy, fun,and oh so habit forming.;) If it doesn't come with a wallpaper(some do-some do not) be sure to check out the wallpaper gallery, there are some great walls to choose from.
