Entrenchment Update

I dont know if anyone else has this problem but I pre ordered the entrenchment for the beta and now it wont let me install the patch to get it out of the beta its saying my registration is wrong and wont let me update. Any ideas or advive would be great

the beta is STILL on and the release of the final is currently sheduled for the 25th of feb, so there is no patches available at present to change the beta 2.5 entrenchment to a release entrenchment, but I hope to get it on the 25th of feb
