Natural Abilities

I'm setting up a game and I'd like to get some advice for setting natural abilities (on the A.I. personalty tab).

I don't know if I should set it anywhere from the middle (no bonuses) to it's maximum setting (+50%).

I'm not exactly sure what it does.

Depends on how hard of a game you want: It controls how often the AI intentionally screws up.

I still don't understand what it does.

I thought maybe it gave the A.I. more racial bonuses. Is this true?

It says what algorythms the AI is allowed to use. I cannot tell you what these algorythms are w/o cracking the game, which would probably get me in trouble with Stardock, if not with the law.
