Help installing Impulse

Impulse won't install

I need some help. I did a system restore because of problems with my computer. I lost impulse so I tried to reinstall it again and now every time it gives me an error message while installing. It mentions something about having no access to a file or the file does not exist. I appreciate any help because now my windowsblinds is not activated again due to this. I bought it online.

Similare problem. Trying to reinstall impulse after it stoped working I get the message that “setsdaff has encountered a problem and need to close”. The installation then continues but the installation does not work (crashing while starting).

Running winXP 64.
