Fences - a couple of issues

I love this program! Two issues that I am having:
1. When I connect remotely to the computer (RDP, Logmein, VNC) I can't see the Fences unless I enable the wallpaper, which kills the connection due to the graphical nature of my wallpaper.
2. Multimon - I have to disable the program Multimon or else I get weird graphical issues
Suggestion
It would be helpful if you could *sort* within a Fence. I would like options of sorting by Name, Type, Size, Last modified, etc...
