Different Icon-Sizes in XP and Vista

I recently changed to Vista (from XP). Some Icons, which showed up normally in XP are now extremly tiny in Vista. I did not change the setting of ObjectDock in Vista, it is the same as in XP.

Example: Icons of Textpad or of Asus-Bios-Update.

These tiny "Vista-Icons" are not readable, I can not use them.

Is there something I have to change in Vista to get "normal-sized" Icons again ?
