How do you change the active taskbar button's color? (XP)

I am trying to edit the active taskbar button from a WB theme, and I have no idea how to change the color. I open it in SkinSudios, click on Edit Startmenu and Taksbar, click on Buttons, click on Text tab, select Activated for "State to modify", and I can see "Text colour", but where do you change the actual button colour? I looked all over, and no luck. Please help!?!?

You have to open the actual button in photoshop or gfx app and edit the images selected button state.
