Problem with Thumbnails in Desktop Backround options window

DeskScape problem in Windows Vista Home Premium

I have been downloading dreams for DeskScapes Animated wallpapers.  No problems until recently, all of the thumbnails in the Control Panel, Personalization/Desktop Backround changed from pictures to placeholder Icons. 

Any suggestions on how to get them back as pictures?  I have tried changing the view settings to different size icons, lists etc and no luck.  A few of them still show as pictures, but mostly not.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.  Thanks :andrew:

Same problem here.  Really annoying.  Too bad noone has provided a solution to this problem.

Have you installed a codec pack recently. There have been reports of some codecs messing with thumbnails.

I had the same thing happen after installing Icon packager and had to uninstall it and reinstall before it fixed itself.
