MyColors Encounter Windowblinds Glitch

I noticed that the area around my start button changed when I was watching a video. Here is 2 Images to show you what I mean.

Without Video:

After Video Loaded:

The 2 blue lines were cut in half. If I proceeded to Lock and Unlock the taskbar then then the remaining blue line would turn black. This was done on Windows XP Pro with SP2. Also I just came across another error.

This happened When I simply dragged the title bar around. It happens when any folder I use. Any suggestions on what I should do to fix this or is Stardock going to have to fix a few bugs?

Am I right in saying you have the enhanced version of WindowBlinds installed?

If so can you post the information from the System Information page please.
