Dreams stop animating when 1 monitor has full screen app and other monitor(s) do not

So, I have 2 monitors (who doesn't these days), and when I have something full screen on *any* monitor, even though the other monitor(s) do not have a full screen application, the background dream stops animating...  Are there options to control this behaviour?

Yep it sure does. ATI or Nvidia cideo card? Mine's Nvidia.

I am using Vista-64 (I also have Win7-64, but I am not trying it on that OS), dual core, 8GB.  I am using an ATI video card.

I noticed there is a right-click option to "Play Dreamscape" on the "other" monitor, so for now, that's fine, though I would have though it would do it by itself (maybe there are registry keys or settings to control this?).
