is it absolutly nessecary for the game to finish verifying the download when updating? or can i cut it off before it is done? i'm updating right now and it won't stop verifying the update.
Try disabling your antivirus and restarting Impulse with admin privileges. You won't need to re-download since they're stored as temp files for now. The stuck verifying download is usually the result of either of those two things.
