I've started on the Xp substyle

One thing:

The bottom part of the start panel seems kinda "cramped". I can't seem to increase the hight no matter what I do! I'd like to make it like 4 pixels higher X( . Sometimes I feel like a real amature when I can't figure out simple things like this :blush:

 

Any help will be appreciated
