Explorer backrounds fail to do anything at all. All other functions in ver 6.3 seem to work OK, however not this one. Any suggestions?
Mine is working fine, however I don't know if this helps any, but could it not be your graphics card, maybe not powerful enough to run the functions, like stimulate opacity and that.......or is the whole changing of explorer backgrounds not working, if it is that then sorry for such stupid suggestion , I thought just maybe thats what it is, hope it is, and you just have to update drivers or something like that for the card....hope you get ti sorted either way.....The Thug 
when i apply explorer background .... it works for only minimized window..... when its maximized its nor working it turns white... for ex.... if d skin doesnt have any default skinning for explorer background so i select one from window blinds and applied it i can see it only for the window which is minimised and stretched to big.... not the maximized window... plzz why its happening like this... that tooo for all the skins....?
