Selecting 'directory

Hello,

I am using vista x64 and i downloaded and installed Sins of a solar Empire, however i have had one major problem with any game i install and thats that if it goes in the /program files (x86)/ directory it does not work.

Now i've been shouting profanities at Impulse and cursing it for not letting decide what directory i want to put it in. If i could just put it in C:/stardock/sins i could run the program and everything would be hunky doory but flipping impulse for some idiotic reason doesnt give me that option. I've tried looking for the sins download because i am assuming it is somewhere on my computor but low and behold when i search for it it doesnt exist on my computor.

Can someone help me out here before i get too frustrated?
