I can't create/access my Ironclad Online account

A few questions. . .

 

I recently purchased Sins.  I registered my copy and installed the updates.

 

When I click on the Ironclad Online option from the main menu, all I see is a "Login" button and a "Create Permanent Account" button.

1.  Is my Ironclad Online account the same as my Stardock account?

 

2.  If so, why does it say it doesn't recognize my account name?

 

3.  When I click on "Create Permanent Account" the accept button is greyed out, even when I've completely filled out the form.

 

4.  Nowhere in the Ironclad Online account menu option is the "Manage Accounts" button referenced in the manual.

 

What is going on?

3. Hrmm... just took a gander and it seems to work for me. Is your copy up to date with the latest patch? Did you try clicking it anyways just for the **** of it?

4. Beats me. Never read that part of the manual and I'm not going to go look for it.

i'm having the same exact problem.  whenever i try to create an online account, it says "Disconnected from Ironclad Online" immediately after i press accept once i've typed in my info.  This is pretty annoying because I've downloaded all the updates and done all the work, but I still can't play online.

If you get a disconnect message at your first attempt, you need to either update the game to the latest version (1.12 is available via Impulse), or allow the game through your firewall (if any).

Ok, SoaSE is not blocked by my firewall, I just purchased the expansion and ran the updates, I still cannot login to play the game from the ICO login. It keeps telling me that I have dcED from the server. Any other suggestions?
