Impulse update freezing

Hi,

Since several time, when I want to use Impulse to get the updated version of the product I purchased, i am facing the same problem.

Impuse says that it will download Impulse update, after several minutes got this message "Downloading Impulse Update - Retrying" and I can do anything else

I have tried to click the orb, but then I get the message "Cannot perform this action at this time. Please try again, after Impulse is done Validating registrations"

So here i sit and can do anything.

A help would be great

First update to the lasted build - Impulse Client - Full

Then, if it still fails, disable your network connection. That will let you click the orb.

Then you should choose preferences then connection and toggle BITS.

Installing the full version repaired the problem.
