Where is the 'SkinStudio 6 Professional' link?

What happened to the link from the 'My Desktop' tab in Impulse?

I just did a factory install on my year old PC about a week ago, updated all my drivers, etc., crossed my fingers and re-installed Impulse (the reason I had to reboot my system in the first place!).:annoyed:

Impulse installed and updated ok but then I got the dreaded "Experiencing network difficulties..." message when I tried downloading anything from my Object Desktop Ultimate subscription or anything else for that matter. I attempted to download at different times of the day spread out over a couple of days and I was able to get the odd program. I thought Impulse was supposed to be fast!:thumbsdown: I eventually tried downloading multiple programs, a bunch of MyColor skins and 'SkinStudio 6 Professional' by clicking all of them. When I checked the downloads several hours later I did get a few of the skins but SS6 Pro failed to download and the link was gone from the list.

I thought I’d try checking the 'Use legacy download system (BITS)' box to see if that would help with the downloads and surprisingly enough it worked and was faster but the SS6 Pro link was still gone!

I went to the Explore tab (store) and it’s listed there but what happened to it in 'My Desktop' tab? How do I get it back? How do I download SkinStudio 6 Professional? aaahhh!!??>:( 8(| 8C 8O X( :S 8| o_O ;) :waaaa:

Click on the ? in the upper right and then "Register a product".

Enter your serial for ODNT or SKSPro.

(If you don't know it, you can have yoru serial mailed to you by clicking the ? and "look up serial number")

Thanks for getting back to me Zubaz. :D

I've actually already tried that to rule it out and it makes no difference. I'm currently seeing 47 items in 'MyDesktop' which includes 'SkinStudio Professional' and 'SkinStudio Standard’, everything but 'SkinStudio 6 Professional'.

Any other ideas?

Well, I don't know what happened. I check for the link everyday and it wasn't there yesterday but tonight it miraculously showed up. I haven't done anything to or in Impulse for a couple of days now and I've restarted my system a few times so it's a complete mystery. Needless to say I didn't hesitate to download it.:w00t:
