I patched from v1.00 straight to v1.05. Does this include fixes in previous patches?

I patched it without really knowing if that was the case. It seems ok but i don't know if it's inclusive of the previous patches. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

Yeah, Impulse is designed to minimize the download, by checking your install to identify which files you need updated, so when you update from 1.00 to 1.05 you download more files at once than you would have if you gone through 1.01 then updated.

Did you use Impulse?  My understanding is that you can only download the latest patch, which is 1.12 at the moment, if you didn't use Impulse there's really no way to gaurentee what files you've downloaded, or even if they are safe to download.

No i did not use Impulse. I installed patch v1.05 directly and it detected the game quite well. Now it reads "v1.05" in the bottom right area of the menu page.

Yeah. it is.  I went from 1.00 directly to 1.05 too (after playing 1.00 for months, without knowing about the updates), and eventually downloaded Impulse and updated periodically to the current version, 1.12.  (And I bot entrenchment after the Beta release, and played around with it a bit, but went back to 1.12).

I am curious, how is the online scene for 1.05?  Are people still playing 1.05 online? How many?

1.12 often has 150 ppl playing, and most can host.  IMO, 1.12 is good.  Well balanced, challenging, fun.  (It is currently difficult to find an Entrenchment game online, few ppl are playing it online, due to bugs, balance, badness, etc),

Like Windows SP3, it usually includes all of the updates
