purchased software.....can i get it back after my subscriptions are gone?

i want all my programs back!

I was wondering, can i have all the software i bought in 08 even after my WC and OD subs have expired?

 

the reason is that my laptop busted and sizzled, and it had ALL of my premium upgrades and subscriptions on it, the catch is i last had them before my stuff expired in november last year...

 

the bottom line.......is there a way to get my software back on my current computer? it sucks that i payed for all of it and now that i have a new computer i dont have it no more.........

and im in a reall bad strap for cash..

You will need to Email Support@stardock.com and have them Email you with details of how to get your purchased versions of the software.

Support can help you get your software back, but WC content is not something that they would be able to help with.  We have archives, but they might not coincide 100% with the date that you last had a valid subscription.  You can also copy that back-up to CD for future installs to save you hassle if you don't renew for awhile.

this i did not know lol.... im sorry stardock.. i dont mean to be pushy...im not being sarcastic either...... i tend to be overzealous when it comes to asking for help..........

Holiday backlog; it happens.

You've had a Stardock employee and an Wincustomize moderator reply already.  We know you are there and want to take care of you.  Relax.  It will happen.

 

But . . just for comparison's sake, imagine you subscribed to a magazine (like you subscribed to ODNT).  And you threw away the box that you had all your old magazines in.  Would you email the publisher asking for them back?  Would they send them to you for free?

I think not.  But that's what Stardock is doing for you.  So . . be thankful . . and chill.  :)
