Unable to install

I am unable to install CursorFX Plus. When I click to re-download the program from the "Upgrade Information and Serial Numbers for your Stardock Products" it tells me to re-download Impulse and use the serial number supplied to me (via the letter) Product Name : CursorFX Plus (Upgrade)

When I do that I get a message stating that this is a beta release and to redownload from the website listed.

How do I re-install CursorFX Plus so that it will work (I do have CursorXP Plus installed on my Vista Ultimate Computer)???

Uninstall XP and FX as it sounds like there is some kind of conflict. Restart and install only the FX version through Impulse and see if you still get the same error message. You can also click on the Stardock orb and uncheck the pre-release function to avoid beta downloads.
