HELP! Object Desktop Ultimate

Hi Everyone!

I'm new to this forum so I'm not sure of the "proper" procedures for where to post a question, so I'm taking a gamble and putting it here.

I just installed Impule, and Object Dock Desktop Ultimate; Object being this much more money software with a WHOLE lot of additions, hence my problem.  I like the themes with Impule but I thought that by buying Object Dock Desktop, all the themes with Impulse would be included without having to pay for each theme.  How do I get the additional themes, i.e., Pirates, Princess, Sunny.  I'm confused here.

I'm hoping someone can help.

You may need to talk to sales in that you may have bought the wrong product.  The MyColours themes you listed are not part of ObjectDesktop, Ultimate or otherwise.  They are stand-alone suites.

Having said that though, with OD:U, you can apply almost anything availalbe at https://www.wincustomize.com/gallery.aspx and change almost every aspect of your graphical user interface.  Take a look around and see if it's what you want.

  Hmmmm. I have serial numbers for Ultimate Desktop renewal until May 2009. But I don't have the latest version installed. I'd like to download the standalone Ultimate Desktop and install it, but I'm afraid it'll make me pay for it again. . . . ???? What to do. :maybe: :meow:

If you are paid up, all you have to do is install Impulse with the account info you used to renew.  It will detect what ios missing or out of date and display them on the appropriate tab (My Desktop in your case).

Easy like pie.

OK, let me tell you what happened. I had to pay for it again, then couldn't download it from the place I was told (Impulse). I couldn't find it. I also downloaded (and likewise bought!) a Colors desktop, Magic Desktop.

I'm not sure where to go from here. Sales staff? I feel like I shouldn't have to pay twice.
