Sereal Key help

Hello I got Galactic Civilizations 2 Dread Lords a couple days ago and got Impulse to update soo I login and go to register the game on it but im not sure where the sereal key would be. Ive tryed the "Dread Lords Key Code" thats on the back of my insruction manuel and no luck so any help would be appreciated.

my serial key was located directly on one of the CDs

It should be on a sticker on the CD case.

dracula7899, where did you purchase it? What country are you in?

The retail version that is sold in the U.S. will have a sticker on the CD case, and it is clearly labled SERIAL NUMBER.

I purchased it at Bestbuy in the United States.

And would the SERIAL NUMBER sticker be on the outer cardboard case or the inner plastic one?

The plastic case that holds the CD's.

If yours does not have a sticker with the number on it, I would suggest returning it for an exchange.
