Locking Desktop

I am a newbie, so forgive me if this is a very simple situation, but I just cannot get my head around it.

Having created a DesktopX desktop, I want to fully lock it so that the user cannot change anything, apart from double-clicking to activate objects that lead to a shortcut. It appears that even with DesktopX in client mode, you can still left-click on icons to delete them? So what I want to do is lock out the screen, so the user cannot interfere or amend. How do I do this?

Also, I realise that in fact all I need to do is disable the right-click in this environment. If I cannot do this within the DX software, does anybody know how else I may do this?
