little popup thing say it does 150 damage, and it got 20 volleys, so it does 20*150=3k damage to random targets around it?

Yeah, as long as its not interrupted. To all targets within range. 20, 1.25 second volleys, means 25 secs, where U can't issue (it) a new command. Or can't have it break off to auto-attack something. Or get interrupted by an opponent's ability. Very powerful if used correctly.
It's pretty hard to interrupt as there seems to be a delay between the ability being used and effect taking place. I killed a Marza while it was performing missile barrage when my assailants were at about 35% hp. They all still died.
I know cap abilities can interrupt, but I think I heard somewhere that strikecraft can interrupt as well. Not sure if it is true.
What are the various ways to interrupt these sorts of abilities?
