Update Question

HELP PLEASE!

Ive just got sins of a solar empire and trying to update it it says 100% but there is no finish pop up or anything like that.

Is the game updated ? If not how do I fix it?

O i just saw something that may or may not be part of the problem turns out it is not quit 100% it says 220.31 of 220.32 completed but it has ben like that for some time

Now it says that it did not install right and I need to us an application update how do I do this?
