Windows Explorer to Specific Directory

I had a copy of ObjectDock on my laptop and was running Vista.  At that time, I had a folder in the dock that pointed to a specific job directory on our server.  I finally got fed up with Vista and we "upgraded" to XP over the weekend.  I've found a way to put Windows Explorer on the dock, but I can't remember how to get it to point to that directory.  I've found how to do it with My Documents, but since that doesn't show the file tree on the left side of the window, it doesn't help me.  Does anyone know how do fix this?  Thanks!

You will have a hard time if you are trying to type in the directory.

Try this: simply drag the explorer folder onto your dock. Works like a charm. ;)

Use the command line argument "/e,[desired_path]" (without the quotes) and also set the start folder to the same.  There is no space between the e, and the desired path.  I also usually set the window to be maximized as well :D
